We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
▪ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
▪ Due to hygiene reasons, beauty, health, and skincare products are non-returnable once opened.
Refunds:
▪ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
▪ If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and opened beauty/health products.
